An award-winning architect with 16 years of experience working on a wide range of projects. Geoff has performed all phases of analysis, design and construction for housing, commercial, aquatic, and recreational facilities.
He has demonstrated his skills as a project manager for a variety of clients, including public agencies and municipalities. Geoff’s strong work ethic and organizational skills have resulted in positive relationships with each client. Geoff is certified as a Pool and Spa Operator by the National Swimming Pool Foundation and heads up the firm’s practice of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). Geoff’s commitment to community is evident in his involvement and leadership in the AIA and other organizations. Geoff is currently serving as President-Elect of the American Institute of Architects Washington Council, a group in Olympia that lobbies for issues that architects care about.
Geoff is experienced in the intricacies of complex project management. He has worked on multiple projects for new construction or where modernizing and renovating existing facilities have included all phases of design, from initial programming and acquiring permits, to creating the bid set of documents and ultimately overseeing construction administration.
